VENUES
Carneros Resort and Spa offers several venues for your special day:
- The Arbor, a beautiful oval lawn lined with crepe myrtle trees.
- The Hilltop Dining Room, which accommodates banquet seating for events of up to 80 and offers panoramic views of the surrounding hills and vineyards.
- A pair of contemporary ballrooms connected by a magical courtyard that’s perfect for larger events up to 175
Couples may also choose to hold an elopement in one of our private cottages with just themselves, a witness and an officiant.
MENUS
Inspired by the agrarian heritage of Napa Valley, we offer seasonal custom menus that highlight the bounty of the local harvest. Led by our Executive Chef, Aaron Meneghelli, our culinary team will work with you to create a menu that perfectly complements your special day and fits your culinary tastes. From the rehearsal dinner, reception, to the post-wedding brunch each meal ensures a memorable dining experience.
Menu Tastings
We are pleased to offer all of our contracted Couples the opportunity to taste their menu prior to their event. Tastings are arranged on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, typically around 1:30 pm, are based on availability and are limited to no more than four people. If a tasting cannot be arranged, our fine dining restaurant FARM can be a wonderful example of the style of food being served during our events, as our Executive Chef plays a pivotal role in every dining experience on property.
MAXIMUM CAPACITY
Carneros Resort and Spa can accommodate anything from an intimate elopement with just the couple to larger events for up to 175 guests.
GUEST ROOM REQUIREMENTS
To host an event at Carneros Resort and Spa, you must be a resort guest on the dates of your event. The minimum stay for weekend events is two nights, and for events over a holiday weekend the minimum stay is three nights.
